These wines were great while they lasted, but have sadly old SOLD OUT. We try many different styles over the seasons, so we’re keeping a record of our past winners.
Bottle fermented, our Sparkling Cabernet is rich and complex, showing flavours of blackcurrant and cranberry.
The palate is sweet and well rounded with a dry finish.
Enjoy with roast duck and all poultry.
Light and bright in colour, our Hunter Valley Pinot Grigio has aromas of pear and honeysuckle
The palate is zesty and fresh with notes of tropical fruit.
Perfect with seafood.
Once again made in the typical “Aussie” style, our Chardonnay is rich and full bodied with luscious fruit flavour, enhanced with delicate oak.
Street artist Chehehe collaborated with Grizzle on this label. We cannot show his face to keep his anonymity.
Our Sangiovese Shiraz has been produced from grapes sourced from the central ranges of NSW.
It has an aroma of fresh plum and cherry with subtle oak.
The palate is quite savoury with berry fruits and delicate tannins.
Enjoy this wine with pasta or red meat dishes.
Made in a rustic lighter style our Sangiovese shows great savoury characters making it the perfect lunch time wine suited to antipasto plates and wood fire pizza.
Created using fruit from the Toppers Mountain vineyard in New England NSW, our Tempranillo is medium bodied with rich berry fruit characters.
Maturing in French oak for 12 months has added to the complexity.
Our Indenture Cabernet Merlot was made using grapes sources sourced from the New England and Hunter regions of New South Wales.
It was then matured for 18 months in French Oak before bottling.
Cabernet aromas of mint and currant combine with gentle herbal notes.
The addition of Merlot provides subtle plum and cherry flavours to the more robust Cabernet creating a full yet elegant palate with a delightful lingering finish.
This wine is drinking beautifully now but further mid to long term cellaring will be greatly rewarded.
Our hand-crafted Sparkling Rosé is bottle fermented in the traditional method.
The bouquet gives aromas of strawberry and red currant. The palate is generous with red berry and citrus flavours, the finish is crisp and fresh.
