These wines were great while they lasted, but have sadly old SOLD OUT. We try many different styles over the seasons, so we’re keeping a record of our past winners.

The fruit for this Riesling was hand picked at Hill Tops NSW.

The aroma is fresh with layers of lemon & lime. The palate is crisp & dry with notes of citrus.

It has a firm acidity & a clean dry finish.

2014 Tempranillo

2014 Tempranillo

Created using fruit from the Toppers Mountain vineyard in New England NSW, our Tempranillo is medium bodied with rich berry fruit characters.

Maturing in French oak for 12 months has added to the complexity.

Once again made in the typical “Aussie” style, our Chardonnay is rich and full bodied with luscious fruit flavour, enhanced with delicate oak.

2014 Indenture Shiraz

2014 Indenture Shiraz

Our Indenture Shiraz has been created using grapes sourced from the New England region of New South Wales.

This elegant wine is dark crimson in colour with aromas of spice and hints of cherry, dark chocolate and oak.

This wine has a robust palate showing berry characters with hints of cloves and cinnamon with a long lingering palate.

While drinking beautifully now, this wine will benefit from mid term cellaring.

 

Muscat NV (12 yo)

Muscat NV (12 yo)

Our Muscat has been made from grapes grown in the Rutherglen region of Victoria.

Aged in Oak for a minimum 8 years has resulted in a wine with rich toasted fruit characters and a warming finish.

Suited to rich desserts and strong cheeses.

2015 Fumé Blanc

Our Fumé Blanc has been made entirely from sauvignon blanc grapes sourced from the Orange region of NSW.

The finish is fresh and crisp, showing flavours of white peach and nectarine with a hint of citrus.

Careful fermentation in french oak has added complexity and depth.

Drinking beautifully now but will age gracefully for another five years.

Our Gewurztraminer has been produced withy grapes grown in the Orange district of NSW.

It has a rich full bouquet of lychee’s, pineapple & floral notes.

The palate has clean fresh flavours with a crisp clean finish.

The prefect wine to serve with hot & spicy cuisine.

Made in a more robust style our Tampranillo is showing great flavours of raspberry & plum, with the aroma of dark cherry.

Complex tannins create a firm mouth feel.

Enjoy with rich Spanish inspired dishes.

Drinking well now but will happily age for a further 5-7 years.

Made in a rustic lighter style our Sangiovese shows great savoury characters making it the perfect lunch time wine suited to antipasto plates and wood fire pizza.

Our 2016 Chardonnay has been produced using grapes sourced from the Orange district of NSW.

Six months in French oak has resulted in a rich & full bodied wine.

It has fresh tropical aromas with flavours of melon & white peach.

The finish is clean & fresh.

With time this wine will develop & greatly exceed expectations.

Light and bright in colour, our Hunter Valley Pinot Grigio has aromas of pear and honeysuckle

The palate is zesty and fresh with notes of tropical fruit.

Perfect with seafood.

Bottle fermented, our Sparkling Cabernet is rich and complex, showing flavours of blackcurrant and cranberry.

The palate is sweet and well rounded with a dry finish.

Enjoy with roast duck and all poultry.

2013 Street Art Sangiovese Shiraz

Street Artist CheheheStreet artist Chehehe collaborated with Grizzle on this label. We cannot show his face to keep his anonymity.

Our Sangiovese Shiraz has been produced from grapes sourced from the central ranges of NSW.

It has an aroma of fresh plum and cherry with subtle oak.

The palate is quite savoury with berry fruits and delicate tannins.

Enjoy this wine with pasta or red meat dishes.

 

2010 Indenture Cabernet Merlot

2010 Indenture Cabernet Merlot

Our Indenture Cabernet Merlot was made using grapes sources sourced from the New England and Hunter regions of New South Wales.

It was then matured for 18 months in French Oak before bottling.

Cabernet aromas of mint and currant combine with gentle herbal notes.

The addition of Merlot provides subtle plum and cherry flavours to the more robust Cabernet creating a full yet elegant palate with a delightful lingering finish.

This wine is drinking beautifully now but further mid to long term cellaring will be greatly rewarded.

 

Muscadelle NV (Tokay)

Muscadelle NV (Tokay)

Our Muscadelle, traditionally known as Tokay, has been made using Muscadelle fruit sourced from Rutherglen, Victoria.

Aged in French oak for a minimum of 8 years.

Ideally served with dessert or cheese. May be served chilled.

 

Sparkling Rosé

Sparkling Rosé

Our hand-crafted Sparkling Rosé is bottle fermented in the traditional method.

The bouquet gives aromas of strawberry and red currant. The palate is generous with red berry and citrus flavours, the finish is crisp and fresh.
