This exclusive 2020 vintage Smoking Gum Shiraz, boutique red wine, is a one of a kind. It’s the only wine we crafted in 2020. The majority of the NSW grapes in the 2020 were severely effected by bush fire smoke. The grapes used in this shiraz were smoke tainted but you’ll find that there are no detracting characters.
Handcrafted in Newcastle from bush fire ‘smoked’ grapes sourced from the Hilltops wine region of New South Wales, Australia.
Our 2020 Smoking Gum Shiraz is delightfully rich and full bodied with luscious dark berry jam flavours.
