At Inner City Winemakers we are committed to proving you with easy and hassle free delivery for all our products. If you have any questions in relation to the delivery of your order, please call us on 02 4962 3545 or 0413 655 441.
Delivery Options
1 – Local Pickup
For our local Newcastle wine lovers, you are welcome to pick up from our cellar door during opening hours. We are open Thursday to Sunday, 10am to 5pm at 28 Church Street, Wickham.
2 – $15 Delivery to the Eastern Seaboard
We offer a flat rate of $15 for delivery to the eastern seaboard of Australia. Including: NSW, ACT, Melbourne, Geelong, Brisbane & South East QLD Coast.
3 – Delivery to Other Areas of Australia
If you are located in one of the following eastern areas:
- QLD Central, North Coast & Far North & West
- VIC Country
- NSW Country
- Tasmania
We may contact you to give you a more accurate shipping cost. If you would like to know the cost before ordering, please contact us for a shipping quote and we will find the most cost effective option for your order.
If you are located in one of the following states:
- Northern Territory
- South Australia
- Western Australia
You may be unable to submit your order due to lack of shipping options, please contact us for a shipping quote and we will find the most cost effective option for your order.

Undeliverable Orders
If an order is deemed undeliverable by the assigned carrier, they will advise Inner City Winemakers, who will then attempt to contact you to arrange re-delivery.
Returns
We accept returns from our Customers provided the following guidelines are met:
You must contact us within 6 months of the delivery and supply relevant information so that we can arrange a carrier to collect the wine. We will then designate a carrier who will make arrangements by phone with you for the goods to be collected at a mutually convenient time. The goods must be in good order and have your details included. Upon the receipt and validation of returned goods to us, the your account will be credited.
