Our 2018 Tempranillo has been harvested from “Hilltops” in NSW. It has it’s usual vibrant colour and rich mouth filling flavours. Matured in American and French Oak the wine has a beautiful finish.

Try this wine with Spanish inspired dishes such as paella.

Our highly acclaimed 2019 Nebbiolo has been awarded 94 points by Winestate Magazine.

Our 2019 Nebbiolo has been handcrafted with grapes sourced from the Hilltops region of New South Wales, Australia.

This wine is made in a lighter style while still featuring the classic Nebbiolo characters of rose petals and tar. It has a dry mouth and a dry tannin finish.

Enjoy with Peking Duck and Asian pork dishes.

It is deep in colour and rich in flavour with typical shiraz pepper and spice characters. Aged for 12 months with French Oak has added to the depth of character.

This exclusive 2020 vintage Smoking Gum Shiraz, boutique red wine, is a one of a kind. It's the only wine we crafted in 2020. The majority of the NSW grapes in the 2020 were severely effected by bush fire smoke. The grapes used in this shiraz were smoke tainted but you'll find that there are no detracting characters.

Handcrafted in Newcastle from bush fire 'smoked' grapes sourced from the Hilltops wine region of New South Wales, Australia.

Our 2020 Smoking Gum Shiraz is delightfully rich and full bodied with luscious dark berry jam flavours.
