2022 Indenture Merlot

The 2022 vintage in “Hilltops” was one of the longest ever.  This was due to very cool and cloudy conditions. This gave the fruit extra time on the vines which in turn made the wine very rich and full bodied. It has full dark berry and fruit cake flavours.

Time in toasted french oak has given hints of chocolate and coffee.

Try this wine with Italian dishes as well as cheeses. It will age well into the next decade.
