2017 Port of Newcastle Fortified Cabernet Shiraz

Made from Cabernet and Shiraz grapes picked in 2017, this is the first fortified wine we produced from these two varieties.

After fermentation, the wine was blended with brandy and aged in oak for two years, developing the rich, warming character.

It’s drinking beautifully now, with plenty of depth and complexity, while still having the structure to continue developing for years to come.

Give Dad a bottle to savour or enjoy after dinner with a good blue or vintage cheese.

The label features a print of our beautiful city, making it a distinctly Newcastle bottle.
